Our highest level of membership, awarded by invitation to accomplished cinematographers who have demonstrated exceptional artistic and technical excellence. Accredited Members have full voting rights, may use the MYSC designation after their name, and help uphold the Society’s professional standards through mentorship, education, and industry service. 

For established professional cinematographers actively working in the industry. Members have full voting rights and contribute to the Society through education, events, and initiatives that support the advancement of cinematography in Malaysia.

For professionals working within the camera department, including Camera Operators, Drone Operators, Camera Assistants (AC), DITs, DMTs, and VTR Operators. Associate Membership provides opportunities to engage with the cinematography community, develop professionally, and participate in Society activities.

For students enrolled in cinematography or related post-secondary programs in Malaysia. Student Membership offers aspiring filmmakers the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, expand their network, and participate in MYSC educational programs and events.
